Administrative officers pass away

KAMBA, Aug 18: Kamba EAC Tamo Koyu, who was serving as the additional deputy commissioner in-charge, passed away on 15 August after a brief illness.
He is survived by his wife, two sons and three daughters.
A native of Dikking village in East Siang district, Koyu, a 1993 batch APCS officer, was earlier posted at Balijan, Liromoba, Tirbin and Daring, before being posted to Kamba.
In another tragic news, Capital Complex Circle Officer Likha Yach Debia passed away in a hospital in New Delhi on Saturday after prolonged illness.
Debia had earlier served as legal metrology inspector, before being inducted into the APCS. She was also a State Gold Medal recipient.
The Arunachal Pradesh Civil Service Officers’ Association on Saturday deeply mourned the premature demise of two of its members, and prayed for the eternal peace of the departed souls.
