ANINI, Aug 22: The second round of National De-worming Day (NDD) will be launched at Dibang Valley from Angolin Middle School on 27 August.
It was decided during a meeting the district task force conducted at the deputy commissioner’s chamber under the chairmanship of Anini Deputy Commissioner Tamune Miso, here on Tuesday.
The DC directed the DDSE and CDPOs to provide correct data to the Health department for proper implementation of NDD in the district. He also advised all stakeholders, especially the ICDS department, to cooperate with other departments and ensure that all health programmes pertaining to mother and child care are properly implemented.
DMO Dr Senlar Ronya, DRCHO Dr K Ori, ADC, DDSE, Mipi CO, Principal JNV, Higher Secondary School, and NHM staffers were among those who attended the DTF meeting. (DIPRO)
