NAHARLAGUN, Aug 26: Members of the Arunachal Pradesh Congress Seva Dal (APCSD) paid tributes to freedom fighter and founder of Congress Seva Dal, Dr NS Hardikar, on the occasion of his 43rd death anniversary on 26 August.
APCSD additional chief organizer Kipa Tagung, who hoisted the national flag at Indira Gandhi Bhawan premises here on the occasion, described Dr Hardikar as one of the greatest leaders of the country.
The programme was attended by state, city and district seva dal members and office bearers.
