AALO, Sep 3: West Siang Deputy Commissioner Sode Potom said winning and losing are part and parcel of any sport and players should learn from the losses to perform better in the future.
The district administration and the District Badminton Association (DBA) on 1 September felicitated the players who represented the district in the recently held Dorjee Khandu Memorial Badminton Tournament in Tezu.
It is worth mentioning here that 90 percent of the players who represented the district in the event were from Yomcha, and it was because of the untiring efforts by medical officer Dr Jumge Padu.
DBA president Kenbom Riba, secretary Deli Kambu, advisor Jarsa Gamlin, coach Lee Sora, manager Dr Padu and other DBA members highlighted the performances of the players and offered tips for better performances in future. (DIPRO)
