AALO, Sep 5: The Kombo Secondary School won the boys U-17 Subroto Cup Football Tournament, while Kamba Government Higher Secondary School became the champion in the girls section.
Both the teams will represent West Siang in the state level tournament to be held at Itanagar shortly.
The tournament was held at the playground of the Pakam Secondary School on 3 September.
Attending the concluding day of the tournament, West Siang District Medical Officer Dr Nyage Geyi exhorted the players to get well prepared for better performance in the tougher levels of the competition. (DIPRO)
