ITANAGAR, Sep 7: The Arunachal Pradesh Information Commission (APIC) has imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 on Longding Electrical Division Executive Engineer Jomge Dulom for deliberately denying information pertaining to deposit works, BADP, DoTCL, MP and MLA LAD, etc, sought by appellant Charu Giania. The commission has directed the EE to furnish the information on or before 25 September, and said it would otherwise invoke disciplinary action under the RTI Act.
