NAHARLAGUN, Sep 8: The officials of the Apex Bank here received training in improving their skills and knowledge of various banking services.
They were trained in services like ATM, POS, NEFT, RTGS, PFMS, etc, by the bank’s IT team, headed by GM-IT Tashi Wangdi, here on Saturday, stated a release from the bank.
The release also informed that “the SIM se Pay is a unique Apex Bank-specific net banking application which functions without internet facility.”
Administrator of the bank, Habung Lampung, advised the bankers to adopt the technology updated by the bank. He also advised them to work as a team.
Managing Director Tsering Thongdok urged the officials to efficiently use what they learned the training and provide the best customer services.
