ITANAGAR, Oct 9: Dogam Bagra, a class 9 student of the Rama Krishna Sarada Mission girls’ school in Khasso (West Kameng district) won the first prize in a science seminar organised at Bengaluru by the National Science Council and the Arunachal Pradesh school education directorate on 5 October.
Dogam represented the state in the seminar, which was themed ‘Industrial Revolution 4.0. Are we prepared?’
