Status of flagship schemes reviewed

HAWAI, Oct 11: The status of the implementation of flagship and other schemes was discussed during a district level monitoring committee meeting convened by EAC Jally Umpo here on Wednesday.
Addressing the officials, the EAC emphasized on strict implementation of the schemes and advised the employees to remain at their places of posting.
DPO Wilia Chautung urged the departments to execute the schemes with proper geo-tagging before, during, and after completion of works and submit utilization certificates (UC) of completed works immediately.
The DPO remarked on the pending UCs under various departments, and asked them to expedite the works and submit the certificates on time.
Chautung also informed about the new satellite-based monitoring mechanism developed by the planning department, and said training in this regard would be provided by the department shortly.
CO (HQ) Rupir Siboh highlighted the ‘Arunachal Rising’ campaign and requested the HoDs to ensure its successful implementation. (DIPRO)
