WATTE, Nov 11: The Watte Area Youth’s Organization (WAYO) on Saturday said it has banned activities like gathering tari (shield bug) within Watte area in East Kameng district. In a press release, the organization also stated that outsiders would not be permitted to pick tari in the area, and that outsiders would have to seek the WAYO’s permission to organise picnics in the area or explore the area.
