PASIGHAT, Nov 23: Archers from various parts of East Siang district are participating in a traditional archery competition which began at Giidi Notko here on Thursday.
The competition is being conducted by the Indian Army’s Sigar military station.
Commanding officer Col Ankur Kulin inaugurated the competition in the presence of Brig AK Borah. The event is being supervised by Lt Col Ashish Saxena, and aims to provide a platform to young archers of the district.
The competition will conclude on 26 November.
