ZIRO, Nov 26: The Apatani Youth Association (AYA) has started its campaign for a ‘money-free and fair election’ in the Ziro-Hapoli assembly constituency in Lower Subansiri district. The campaign began at Bamin-Michi village on 25 December.
The next campaign will be held for Mudang-Tage village at Tadu Lapang on 27 November.
The AYA has fixed the campaign dates for all the villages and areas, except for Old Ziro and Hapoli areas, which it said would be announced on a later date.
The association had formally launched the campaign on 4 November, in the presence of State Election Commissioner Hage Kojeen and Dr Duyu Meena Mudang.
