Essential services extended to villagers under SAD

JAIRAMPUR, Dec 5: Nineteen departments extended their services to the people of Rima village of Changlang district here on Tuesday last as part of the Sarkar Aapke Dwar (SAD) programme.
MLA Laisam Simai, who inaugurated the programme, distributed three TV sets to the gaon burahs under the informatics scheme launched by the state government.
Seven LPG gas connections, LED bulbs were distributed to the beneficiaries under PMUJJWALA Yojana, while Aadhar enrolment and corrections and registration of beneficiaries under APY/PMSBY and PMJJBY schemes were also done.
Medical check-up was also conducted, wherein 12 beneficiaries were registered under CMAAY schemes.
At Tawang, DC Sang Phuntsok inaugurated the 16th round of SAD and Jan Sunwai conducted at the Government Middle School of Bomdir village, here on Wednesday.
Villagers from Langputse, Namet, Khirmu, Wokher and nearby hamlets benefitted from this camp.
The DC distributed vegetable seeds to the villagers through the gaon burahs of Namet and Bomdir villages.
A total of 984 beneficiaries availed benefits at Bomdir village.
On the occasion, a team of doctors from health department gave routine health check-up and immunization and registration under CMAAY.
