PASIGHAT, Jan 15: Pasighat ADC Tatdo Borang inaugurated a ‘skill development awareness rally-cum-job mela’ at the district industries centre (DIC) here in East Siang district on 14 January.
The ADC advised the trainees to take advantage of government programmes which are targeted to ameliorate the condition of unemployed youths of the state.
“Job seekers must avail maximum benefits out of it and ensure employment in various fields or to start self-sustaining venture,” the ADC said.
Vocational training providers like Orion Edutech, All India Society of Education, Pragati Education, Pragati Edutech and Jarbom Gamlin Skill Training Institute participated in the programme.
According to an official source, 216 candidates were registered on the first day. (DIPRO)
