SEPPA, Jan 20: Sodu Abo FC were defeated by TTA-XI with a score of 3-0, knocking them out of the Abo Dali Singhi Football (ADS) Tournament here in East Kameng district on Sunday.
Taba Sel scored a brace and Kakang Beyong one for the winning team.
Bameng SC defeated Lovely United 2-1 in the second match and took the top spot in Group B.
Rigio Tapu and Vijay Kino scored for Bameng SC, while Judi Bagang scored the lone goal for Lovely United.
In the third match, Chayang Tajo FC defeated Nyibia Abo FC 3-1 and kept their hope alive to advance to the quarterfinals.
The scorers for Chayang Tajo FC were Tabom Kodak, Jacob Sonam and Taniya Niamii. John Jokhio scored for Nyibia Abo FC.
Ane Donyi FC came from behind to beat Haji Abo FC 3-2 in the last match of the day.
The scorers for Ane Donyi FC were Karo Dada, Sunny Natung and Amar Weshi. Tsering Peru and John Riang scored for Haji Abo FC.
