ITANAGAR, Feb 8: The Education Development Organizing Society (EDOS) conducted a motivational event titled ‘Focus 2019’ at the Dorjee Khandu convention hall here on Friday with the aim of creating a platform for eminent speakers and artists to empower and motivate the students of Arunachal Pradesh.
Students from TMA International School, Donyi Polo Vidya Bhawan, Good Shepherd Public School, KV-I, Gurukul Institute, and others attended the programme.
Shillong-based Hundred Fold Academy’s MD Sunny Mawlong, who is also a national trainer, spoke on career guidance and personality development, and highlighted ways to make good careers and become professionals.
Mawlong urged the students to be sincere in their studies and work hard to compete.
EDOS chairman Riba Pangia and other professionals also addressed the students. Bangalore-based Aryawarth Education Trust chairman Vivek Tripaty also attended the event.
The students were later rejuvenated by performances by artists like Sweety Reade from Shillong, the band Reloaded, and ‘Arunachal Idol’ finalist Gandhi Naji.
