Forest officer Abo inducted to IFS

ITANAGAR, Mar 27: Forest officer Higiya Bengia Abo has been inducted to the Indian Forest Service (IFS), AGMUT cadre, from the Arunachal Pradesh State Forest Service (APSFS).
Abo is currently working as the divisional forest officer in East Kameng HQ Seppa.
A native of Chullyu village in Lower Subansiri district, Abo did his BSc from JN College, Pasighat, and joined the APSFS. He joined and passed out from the Forest Training College, Burnihat, Assam, in 1988-90.
Abo also earned a postgraduate diploma in advanced wildlife management from the Wildlife Institute India, Dehradun, in 2010.
The All Nyishi Youth Association extended congratulations to Abo on his achievement, and, on behalf of the Nyishi community, expressed hope that he would scale more heights in his professional life in future.
Rejoicing the achievements of Abo, the Bengia Welfare Society has also wished him many more successes in his chosen field.
