MP candidate vows to work for indigenous people

NAHARLAGUN, Mar 30: The National People’s Party’s MP candidate for the Arunachal West seat, Khyoda Apik, said he is going into the election with the main agenda of working for the indigenous people of the state and the region.
Addressing the local youths at Papu Nallah here on Saturday, he said he would “strongly” take up issues like the citizenship amendment bill and granting of PRCs to non-APSTs.
Apik also urged the youths of the state to actively participate in the forthcoming election.
“Youths are the future of the state and they should take part in elections with great enthusiasm as they are equally responsible for the state and the nation’s development,” Apik said.
