ITANAGAR, May 3: Claiming that several government schools in Mengio area are facing acute shortage of teachers, the All Mengio Students’ Union (AMSU) has requested the Papum Pare DDSE to post teachers there at the earliest.
In a representation to the DDSE, the union said the secondary school in Mengio has been without a mathematics teacher for the last two years, adding that there is a similar shortage of teachers in other schools in the area.
