ITANAGAR, May 17: The All Arunachal Pradesh Trans-Arunachal Highway Welfare Association (AAPTAHWA) has lodged a complaint against the executing firms who have been engaged to construct the TAH, saying the firms are unable to complete their works within the deadline.
The association has written a letter to the union road transport & highways secretary about the halting of works causing inconvenience to the public.
It also drew the authority’s attention to haphazard dumping blocking small streams and natural rivers, saying such reckless dumping was responsible for damaging of agricultural fields in many areas and sometime causes fatal road accidents.
