SANGDUPOTA, Jul 2: The Summer Cup Volleyball Championship-2019 concluded here on Monday with the Capital Complex team winning the tournament after defeating the Tarasso team in the final match.
Ten teams from Sangdupota, Balijan, Tarasso and the capital complex had participated in the championship.
Papum Pare district BJP vice president Teli Taya attended the valedictory function, along with BJP secretary Kino Kojum.
Several youth leaders and local villagers were present to witness the final match. The winning team received a cash prize of Rs 50,000 and a trophy, whereas runner-up team received Rs 25,000 and a trophy.
