ITANAGAR, Jul 23: The All Arunachal Pradesh Divyangjan Welfare Society (AAPDWS) has requested the SJETA department to start construction work for the composite regional centre with ramp, toilet and other facilities at its headquarters in Nirjuli in Papum Pare district. The AAPDWS said the project has been delayed for two years, even though fund for it has been sanctioned.
