TALI, Aug 19: The building for the office of the assistant engineer (AE) of the public health engineering & water supply (PHE&WS) department was inaugurated by MLA Jikke Tako here in Kra Daadi district last Wednesday.
Addressing the gathering of officials, party workers, former panchayat members, GBs, students and others, the MLA said not establishing offices in Tali “has slowed down the developmental process in the area.”
He also said random setting up of camp offices in places like Palin, Ziro and the capital region “has led to loss of public and state exchequer.”
Tako exhorted the stakeholders to cooperate with the department in providing better service in the area.
