DAPORIJO, Sep 21: The All Upper Subansiri District Students’ Union has reiterated its demand to post sufficient teachers at various schools in the district.
The union lamented that the problem of teacher shortage has never been looked into by the higher authority despite repeated pleas.
It claimed that during a recent tour undertaken by its members, they found that the secondary schools in Nacho and Taliha and the GHSS’ in Kodak and Daporijo, besides several other schools, suffered from shortage of teachers.
