CHANGLANG, Sep 25: The office of the Changlang Deputy Commissioner has been declared single-use plastic free zone on Wednesday. ADC Talo Jerang administered the oath to the officers and staffers to not use single-use plastic.
The office of the PHED here has also been declared single-use plastic free zone.
