DARKA, Oct 10: Brothers Gemar, Geke and Gemo Ete recently handed over a newly-constructed library building to the government secondary school here in West Siang district, as a tribute to their late father, Lige Ete. DDSE Eto Ete inaugurated the library on Tuesday, on the first death anniversary of Lige Ete. (DIPRO)
