DIBBIN, Oct 22: The West Kameng district administration organised a Sarkar Aapke Dwar (SAD) camp here in Nafra subdivision on Tuesday. The camp was inaugurated by public leader Kesang Siongju, in the presence of Nafra ADC Kesang Ngurup Damo, Sajolang Elite Society president Johnny Miji, Sartang Society president Jellu Mosidu, and others.
