ITANAGAR, Dec 11: DGP RP Upadhyaya has commended Ct GR Upadhyaya from the security unit for bringing laurel to the police department by winning a bronze medal in the recently held All India Police Meet at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
He won the medal in A S check (Access control event).
