ITANAGAR, Jan 8: Three weightlifters from Arunachal have been selected to represent the country at the Asian Youths and Junior Weightlifting Championships to be held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, from 12 to 20 February.
The lifters are Golom Tinku (55 kg), Markio Tario (67 kg) and Boni Mangkya (55 kg).
The Indian Weightlifting Federation has selected the trio on the basis of their performance during the last National Youth and Junior Championships held at Bodhgaya, Bihar, informed the Arunachal Weightlifting Association.
