ANINI, Mar 11: The week-long ‘Arunachal Rising Campaign’ in Dibang Valley district, organized by the Department of Information & Public Relation, concluded on Wednesday.
Door-to-door anti-drug awareness programme, drive against illegal selling of IMFL and narcotic substances, awareness campaign on communal harmony, essay writing competition among the students, celebration of International Women’s Day, launch of the Poshan Pakhwada, awareness on flagship programmes of the state and central governments, and awareness campaign on ‘district level workshop on pre-panchayat election’ with the theme of ‘Leadership incubation through Panchayati Raj system’ were the major activities conducted during the week-long campaign.
