ITANAGAR, Jan 31: Dr. Sajinglu Chai Pul, the joint director of health service, govt. of Arunachal Pradesh has been felicitated for her exemplary work in managing COVID-19 crisis by National Commission for Women (NCW).
As the District Medical Officer of Lohit, Dr. Chai Pul and her team had treated the first COVID-19 patient of the state in April last year defying all odds and resentment from all corners.
Dr. Chai Pul who has since joined as joint director was given the award on the occasion of 29th foundation day of the National Commission for Women in Delhi on Sunday.
