YOMCHA, 24 Feb: The State Cooperative Apex Bank’s customers of Yomcha circle in West Siang district were made aware of the various services provided by the bank during a series of financial literacy counselling and ‘Go Digital’ camps conducted by Itanagar-based NGO Young Mission Adventure Club.
The awareness camps were conducted in different places and villages under Yomcha circle from 19 to 23 February, during which the NGO informed the customers about the services provided by the bank, like PFMS, PMJJBY, PMSBY, mobile ATM van, DBT, RuPay, micro ATM, ATM, KCC, etc.
The camps were mostly attended by SHG members, students, farmers’ club members, panchayat leaders and unemployed youths.
The NGO said it has been conducting such awareness camps in different districts and places for the last five years.
