TEZU, 10 Sep: The Kho-Kho Federation of Arun-achal Pradesh on Friday selected a 12-member girls’ kho-kho team for the National Kho-Kho Championship scheduled to the held in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, from 22 to 26 September.
The team was selected after two weeks of rigorous coaching camp at Tafragam in Lohit district, informed Kho-Kho Association of Arunachal Pradesh general secretary Puto Bui.
Officials from the Sports Authority of India’s Naharlagun centre and other officials were present during the selection process.
While distributing certificates of participation to all the players who attended the coaching camp, Bui exhorted them to play the game to their potential.
