RAGA, 6 Nov: The Kamle District Disaster Management Authority organized an awareness programme on disaster management at the VKV here on Saturday.
Addressing the participants, DC Adong Pertin advised them to take full advantage of the programme “and utilize the skills learnt to save lives in real situation of disaster.”
DDMO Toku Natung dwelt on safety tips during disasters like earthquake, landslide, fire and flood, and DRCHO Dr Kapu Sopin imparted knowledge on basic first aid to the students and the teachers of the school.
