PALIN, 10 Jan: A team of West Kameng-based NGO Nilvo Charity Foundation, headed by Somi Parisow, arrived here in Kra Daadi district on Monday to distribute warm clothes and other necessary items, collected through donations, to the needy people of Rayuk, Langdang, Bangte, Bangchi and Yaglung villages.
Deputy Commissioner Higio Tala, who flagged off the programme, applauded the initiative of the NGO. (DIPRO)
