MIAO, 10 Feb: An NSCN (K-YA) operative surrendered before the security forces here in Changlang district on Thursday.
The surrendered operative, self-styled private Limkai Pansa, is a resident of Khonsa and had joined the outfit in 1993. He had received training at Wakthan camp.
