YUPIA, 11 Mar: Following the recent visit of union Health Ministry Joint Secretary Dr MK Bandhari to Papum Pare district, a meeting between the district programme management supporting unit and the MOs of various health facilities was held on Friday to improve the key performance indicator (KPI) of the rural areas of the district.
Addressing the meeting, Papum Pare DC Minga Sherpa directed all concerned to strengthen the data delivery mechanism. He also stressed on “the possibility of digitisation and reorientation training of grassroots health workers like ASHA, AWW and ANM.”
DMO Dr K Perme highlighted the plan and strategies to improve the district’s KPI. He called for “rigorous activities on mission mode in a time-bound manner.”
The status of the PMJAY beneficiary identification process in the district was also reviewed. (DIPRO)
