PACHIN, 13 Mar: Adviser to chief minister Tai Tagak attended a cultural exchange interaction at the Abotani Vidya Niketan Secondary School campus here on Saturday and advised the students to “prepare to be good citizens and follow the spirit of an ordinary citizen while doing extraordinary work for the country.”
He was addressing a student-teacher team of Tinsukia (Assam)-based Gyanangush Residential School, who are on a three-day exposure tour in Arunachal.
The Purvottar Vikas Parishad runs the Gyanangush Residential School, which provides free quality education to destitute, orphaned, and underprivileged children from all across Assam.
Their three-day tour of the state is being facilitated by the Arunachal Shiksha Vikas Samiti (ASVS).
Tagak also lauded the nation-building activities of the Purvottar Vikash Parishad, such as providing free residential education and shelter to destitute, needy and underprivileged children as part of the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat – Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav initiative.
