He asked the participants to get every project implemented properly on the ground level, and to ensure transparency. He also asked every district to prepare SWOT analyses “to identify strong and weak points and work on them.”
Panchayati Raj Director Tamuna Miso informed that the panchayati raj ministry is regularly monitoring every scheme funded by it. “Therefore, every officer and panchayati raj member is to be acquainted with the e-Gram Swaraj portal,” he said, and requested the participants to “update themselves more with technology.”
SIRD&PR Director Habung Lampung informed that the TNA is conducted to “identify the gap in the skills of every functionary of the panchayati raj and rural development to achieve the target and to find out the best approaches to address such gap while preparing practical training calendar.”
He informed that the SIRD would conduct more innovative training programmes, and that “training will also be linked with achieving targets under the Sustainable Development Goals.”
