Sr APSTS conductor passes away

ITANAGAR, 13 May: The officials and staff of the Arunachal Pradesh State Transport Services (APSTS), NRISBT, Naharlagun, have deeply mourned the demise of one of its senior conductors, Mating Tame, alias Tayeng Tame, who passed away on 12 May at around 9:30 am.

Tame was born on 14 June, 1971 in Hotey village in Kurung Kumey district, and had joined the department as a conductor on 20 August, 1989, and worked in the same post till his last breath.

“Late Mating Tame was a peace-loving person with high sense of integrity, both in service and public life. He was cordial to his fellow staff and gave due respect to his senior officers of the department. He had also served as the secretary-general of the All Arunachal Pradesh State Transport Employees Welfare Association in 2007,” the APSTS stated in a condolence message, and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
