ROING, 17 May: A coordination meeting to review and discuss the ongoing preparations for the conduct of the 5th State-Level Hangpan Dada Memorial Trophy for Football and Volleyball (Under 16 Boys & Girls) in Lower Dibang Valley district from 26th May to 4th June 2022 was held here on Tuesday.
The meeting was attended by MLAs Gum Tayeng and Mutchu Mithi, DC Soumya Saurabh, SP J. K. Lego, PRI members, officers and representatives CBOs, NGOs and district sports associations.
MLAs Gum Tayeng and Mutchu Mithi assured all possible help in the smooth conduct of the tournament. They reviewed all the preparations minutely so that no problem arises when over 1500 participants converge in the district.
DC Soumya Saurabh advised all the nodal officers to oversee the preparations and complete it well in time for the tournament to begin and be conducted smoothly.
