NAHARLAGUN, 5 Jun: The Rotary Club of Sunrise Arunachal (RCSA), a local organisation, distributed sewing machines to Taliang Santi, founder chairperson of Mother’s Home in Lekhi, and to Olak Bayor, proprietor of My Knitting Training Group in Daporijo, during a programme organised at a city hotel here on Sunday on the occasion of the World Environment Day.
Addressing the event, RCSA president Rajen Nani appealed to all well-wishers and likeminded people to “extend support to the local organisation in serving humanity.”
Former MLA Larbin Nasi, youth leader Teli Mello Camdir and others also attended the programme.
