PASIGHAT, 10 Jun: Mebo-based Bosi Didum Model Cluster Level Federation on Friday organised an awareness campaign and donation drive in Mebo in East Siang district “for Ketto Organisation, in support of VLCC Femina Miss India-2022 finalist Tengam Celine Koyu.”
A large number of people, including SHG members, participated in the campaign, during which funds were raised for cancer patients on behalf of Ketto Organisation.
Ketto Organisation and its activities were also highlighted during the campaign, and the people were urged to “come forward in support of the endeavour towards providing assistance and care to deprived children.”
Currently, Koyu is in Mumbai, going through various phases of the competition and preparing for the final event scheduled on 3 July.
Meanwhile, MLAs Ninong Ering, Lombo Tayeng and Kaling Moyong, along with East Siang DC Tayi Taggu, SP Sumit Kumar Jha and 5th IRBn Commanding Officer Aishwarya Sharma have extended good wishes to Koyu and conveyed their appreciation for her “charitable cause.” (DIPRO)
