ITANAGAR, 17 Jun: Governor BD Mishra presented the Governor’s Citation to the 19th battalion of the Bihar Regiment at the Raj Bhavan here on 17 June for the battalion’s “conspicuous professional proficiency, operational preparedness, élan and good work in extending valuable help and assistance to the civil administration and the local population.”
19 Bihar Commanding Officer Col Anand S Patil, Subedar Major Awadh Kishore Pandey, and Sepoy Piyush Kumar received the citation from the governor. (Raj Bhavan)
