BASAR, 28 Jun: Local MLA Gokar Basar on Tuesday reviewed the progress of various ongoing projects in Leparada district in a coordination meeting with the DC and the heads of various departments.
Basar requested all the departments to “maintain work quality and follow proper procedure while implementing projects.” He also emphasised on proper monitoring and supervision of the ongoing projects to create durable assets.
The MLA advised the road construction agencies and departments to ensure presence of site engineers at the project sites to avert disasters during the monsoon.
DC Mamata Riba called for “judicious use of fund and optimal output.” She advised the HoDs to “prepare a timeline for project saturation and act accordingly.”
Earlier, all the HoDs made presentations on the progress of the projects implemented by their departments. (DIPRO)
