ITANAGAR, 1 Jul: The Itanagar unit of the Tagin Welfare Society (TWS) has mourned the sudden demise of retired assistant sub-inspector (ASI) Tali Gumja Tamin (Rumji), who passed away on 30 June at his private residence in Niti Vihar here.
He was 65, and is survived by three sons and two daughters.
Tamin was a dedicated believer of Donyi-Poloism and his contribution in organising Si-Donyi festival in the Itanagar Capital Region will be remembered for ever, the TWS said in a condolence message.
It conveyed heartfelt condolence to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
