CHANGLANG, 19 Nov: A double unit government police quarters was destroyed in a fire that broke out near Teachers’ Colony here late Saturday night.
The fire, which broke out at around 10:50 pm, burned down all household items. However, no human casualty was reported.
The fire and emergency services, along with local residents and the Assam Rifles helped douse the flames, preventing them from spreading to nearby quarters.
