ITANAGAR, 29 Nov: The National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) organised a 15-day internship training programme for the students of Class 8 at KV No 2 here from 11 November.
The programme, led by instructors Dimpi Roy and Moni Kumari, focused on equipping students with skills in artificial intelligence [AI], machine learning and Python programming.
The training was designed to introduce students to cutting-edge technologies and provide them with practical knowledge, laying the foundation for future innovations.
Principal Vinay Kumar lauded the efforts of the NIELIT team and instructors. He highlighted the importance of such programmes in nurturing young talent and preparing them for the demands of a technology-driven world.
TGT (Science) Jagmohan Singh and computer instructor Prakash Chandra motivated the students to participate in such programmes.
The internship programme aimed at inspiring the students to explore the vast potential of AI and programming, encouraging them to embrace technological advancements and develop a passion for innovation.
Over 100 students benefitted from it.
