ITANAGAR, 5 Dec: ‘Magic slates’ were distributed at the PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV No 1) here on Thursday.
The initiative is aimed at supporting the improvement of foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) among young learners, the school informed in a release.
“The magic slates are set to be introduced in the preparatory stages of the school, providing an innovative tool to help children engage in early literacy and numeracy exercises.
“These slates, which allow children to practice writing and arithmetic without using paper, aim to spark creativity and promote an interactive learning experience,” it said.
“The magic slates will provide a fun, eco-friendly, and cost-effective way for our tiny tots to practice and improve their skills in early reading, writing, and math,” said the school principal.
