ITANAGAR, 9 Aug: The Arunachal Pradesh Youth Congress (APYC) celebrated the foundation day of the Indian Youth Congress (IYC) at its headquarters here on Saturday.
APYC president Tarh Johny, recently appointed as the national general secretary of the IYC, unfurled the IYC flag in the presence of office bearers to mark the day.
“As we celebrate IYC Day, we honour over six decades of relentless dedication – a legacy rooted deeply in democracy, secularism, and social justice,” the APYC stated in a release.
“On this day, we renew our pledge to carry forward these values with the same passion and commitment,” it said.
